
(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Decision on appointing members of the Working Group in Bosnia and Herzegovina for drafting the reform plan for the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, which will be chaired by Borjana Krišto, Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
Members of the Working Group include the Prime Ministers of the Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska, Nermin Nikšić and Radovan Višković, as well as state ministers of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Staša Košarac, Communications and Transport Edin Forto, Finance and Treasury Srđan Amidžić, Justice Davor Bunoza, and entity finance ministers Toni Kraljević and Zora Vidović.
Ten cantonal prime ministers have been appointed to the Working Group, namely Predrag Čović, Marija Buhač, Tahir Lendo, Ivan Vukadin, Nihad Uk, Edin Ćulov, Irfan Halilagić, Đuro Topić, Nezir Pivić, Nijaz Hušić, and the Mayor of Brčko District of BiH Zijad Nišić, along with the Directors of the Directorate for Economic Planning and the Directorate for European Integration, Zoran Zeljko and Elvira Habota.
The Working Group is responsible for drafting the reform plan for the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans in accordance with the deadlines that will be set as part of the European Commission's Growth Plan.
The drafting of the reform plan will require a process of political and technical harmonization in BiH and more intensive dialogue with European Commission officials.
