The commission that examined Milorad Dodik does not include court experts, these are their names

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is currently not capable of attending the trial at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, assessed a team of doctors from the Sarajevo General Hospital "Prim. dr. Abdulah Nakaš".

This new expertise effectively rejected the previous finding by Dr. Haris Vranić, who informed the Court of BiH that Dodik was ready to attend the trial.

(Patria) - The Court of BiH has sent a summons for the continuation of the main hearing in the criminal proceedings against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for Wednesday, December 25th. This information was revealed by Dodik's lawyer

Dodik's defense filed an appeal against Dr. Vranić's expertise, which was subjected to the harshest insults, and requested a new opinion.

Doctors from the General Hospital concluded that Dodik is not medically capable of traveling between Banja Luka and Sarajevo and attending the trial. According to that expertise, doctors will monitor the course of his recovery for six weeks after the surgery.

In the end, the information that Patria had yesterday proved to be true - that the new expertise of Dodik's health condition was carried out by a team composed of individuals who are not actually on the list of court experts.

Patria is in possession of the list of doctors who conducted the new expertise of Dodik's condition, selected by the director of the General Hospital "Prim. dr Abdulah Nakaš", prof. dr Ismet Gavrankapetanović:

1. Samir Čustović - surgeon (not a court expert);

2. Mirza Biščević - orthopedist (not a court expert);

3. Amir Čehajić - internist (not a court expert);

4. Marina Juroš-Beroš - anesthesiologist (not a court expert);

5. Maja Banjin - oncologist (not a court expert);

6. Vesna Matić - radiologist (not a court expert, recently arrived from OB Srbija - Lukavica).

We remind you that the Court of BiH postponed the main hearing in the case against Milorad Dodik, scheduled for Monday, December 30th, when only a status conference with the defense attorneys will be held.

As we learn, Dr. Haris Vranić will also appear in the Court of BiH on Monday, who, as we have already stated, previously prepared a finding based on the submitted documentation, according to which Milorad Dodik is ready to attend the trial.
