Three new cases of coronavirus infection in the Federation of BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Three more people tested today at the University Clinical Center Sarajevo are positive, we were told by the Public Health Institute of FBiH.

This brings the number of infected people in BiH to 176.

We remind you that five cases of infection were confirmed earlier on Wednesday.

Of these five newly infected people, three are from Široki Brijeg, and two are from Mostar. The situation in HNK has significantly complicated with the new cases.

Rusmir Baljić, head of the Infectious Diseases Clinic at KCUS, announced in the afternoon that results of new tests were awaited.  

"As of today, by 4:30 PM, we have tested a total of 480 people, of whom 52 were positive, namely 24 in HNK, 8 in ZDK, 6 in USK, 4 in BPK, 3 in ZHK, 1 in PK, 1 in SBK, while Tuzla and Livno cantons have no registered cases. Also, unfortunately, we have had three deaths, in Bihać, Konjic, and Sarajevo," Baljić said earlier.
