
(Patria) - In the Federation of BiH, Monday, January 1 and Tuesday, January 2, 2024, will be non-working days, the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced today.
As the end of the 2023 calendar year approaches, the Ministry reminds that the Law on Holidays, which is applied as a federal law based on the Decree with the force of law on the adoption and application of federal laws, i.e., the Law on Confirmation of Decrees with the force of law, stipulates that New Year's Day is a holiday and is celebrated for two days - January 1 and 2.
Accordingly, the non-working days in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are Monday, January 1 and Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
On holidays, employers, institutions, administrative bodies, and other legal entities do not work.
