Marijela Margeta-Hašimbegović to replace Marjanović in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament

(Patria) - At the next session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament, to be held on September 30, the mandate of delegate will be taken over by Marijela Margeta Hašimbegović (DF) in the Croat Caucus instead of Damir Marjanović (ZNG), who resigned his mandate as a representative in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly in July.

The appointment of the Secretary of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament is also on the agenda, with Aida Hadžić-Salkić being the most successful candidate.

Among the agenda items are several legal solutions, and the Law on Experts in the FBiH, proposed by the FBiH Government at the suggestion of the FBiH Ministry of Justice, has caused strong reactions in the judicial community, among experts, and political parties. Our Party, as part of the ruling coalition, has announced that it will not support this law, and it is possible that it will be withdrawn from the session of the House of Representatives scheduled for September 25.
