Special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on the BiH Constitution in Banja Luka

(Patria) - The 17th special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, convened at the request of the Government of RS, began in Banja Luka in the evening.

The agenda includes only one item - "Information on the undermining of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, measures and tasks aimed at protecting the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina".

The Minister of Internal Affairs of RS, Siniša Karan, addressed the deputies as the rapporteur on behalf of the Government.

The Collegium of the National Assembly approved the addresses of representatives of parliamentary parties, representatives of organizations originating from the "Homeland War" and the Union of Employers of RS.

At the beginning of the session, new deputies Miodrag Mišić and Bojan Kresojević took their solemn oath.

The National Assembly noted the termination of the mandate of deputy Aleksandar Subotić (SNSD) and awarded the mandate to Miodrag Mišić (SNSD).

The termination of the mandate of deputy Nebojša Drinić (PDP) was noted and the mandate was awarded to Bojan Kresojević (PDP).
