(Patria) - It seems that the claims of the Party of Democratic Action regarding the Troika's stance on Milorad Dodik's policies are completely wrong. Namely, the Troika did not save Dodik because Milorad Dodik and his policies were not threatened in any way.
It is true that the Troika helped Dodik to temporarily shed the burden of being the political factor that produces problems, however, Dodik and SNSD were not threatened in any way because the suspension of the Constitution in half of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not provoke any reaction from the High Representative in BiH.
Mr. Schmidt never intended, nor does he intend, to take any steps regarding Dodik's unconstitutional activities, and therefore Dodik was not in any danger.
By yielding to Dodik and Čović, and accepting the policy of de-escalation, the Troika saved exclusively themselves, because an atmosphere of false peace and stability, even if it is at the expense of the state, suits exclusively the Troika and their policy of relaxing relations.
For the Troika's policy of relaxing relations, the absence of Dodik's shouting is apparently more important than the absence of Dodik's attacks on the state and the Constitution. The logic of the relaxation policy is precisely this: as long as the dismantling of the state proceeds peacefully and without shouting, the problems do not exist.
