
(Patria) - The District Public Prosecutor's Office in East Sarajevo has filed an indictment against 11 persons, based on information and evidence obtained from the "Sky" application.
As announced by the Prosecutor's Office, the indictment was filed against Branislav Janjić, Biljana Janjić, Bojan Rističević, Boris Mitrović, Milan Međa, Emina Mašić, Igor Cicović, Dragomir Pandurević, Goran Grbović, Neđeljko Stupar and Momčilo Stupar for the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs.
"These persons are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, in that during the period from 2020 to November 2023, as a group, and by prior agreement in the area of East Sarajevo, they made a number of communications via the 'Sky ECC' application intended for secure, encrypted communication and agreed on the time, place, price and quantity of the narcotic drugs cannabis sativa, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin and speed, aware that these are narcotic substances for whose procurement and possession they do not have approval from the competent authority, and that cultivation, production, trafficking and possession are prohibited by Articles 4, 19 and 20 of the Law on Prevention and Suppression of Narcotic Drug Abuse," the Prosecutor's Office announced.
The indictment was confirmed on September 2 by the District Court in East Sarajevo.
