KS Prosecutor's Office seeks pre-trial detention for three Panthers: one serving prison sentence, another on the run, third under measures

(Patria) - Investigating prosecutors of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office have proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo the detention of suspects Ahmed Džinović, who was questioned at the Bihać Penitentiary, Haris Berhamović, who is on the run and for whom an operational search has been issued, and Semir Sultanović.

Detention has been proposed for Džinović, Berhamović, and Sultanović due to the danger that they might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, or re-offend if at liberty, and for Džinović and Berhamović, also due to the danger of absconding.

Prohibition measures have been proposed for suspects Ismet Porobić, Aldin Čančar, Jasmin Hadžić, Alem Hadžić, and Lajla Sultanović, which include prohibiting them from leaving their place of residence, prohibiting them from communicating and meeting with each other, and requiring them to report to the competent police station once a week.

Sultanović was previously arrested in another operation and has certain prohibition measures in place.
