KS Prosecutor's Office reviewing work contracts of minister Adna Mesihović, who also secured a job for party colleague Arijana Turković

(Patria) - Arijana Turković ranked first in the competition for the position of expert associate for youth support in the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Youth of KS. She had 100 percent correct answers on the professional exam.

Turković has been engaged by a work contract in this Ministry since the beginning of Minister Adna Mesihović's (ZNG) mandate in November 2023.

Initially, Turković was engaged as an external associate in the process of monitoring the implementation of projects through public calls of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth of Sarajevo Canton and media cooperation, and then the description was changed to creating and publishing quality and relevant content on social networks, public presentation of collected information on project implementation, and administrative support. Turković has a valid contract for the month of February as well.

As confirmed to Patria by the KS Prosecutor's Office, the KS Office for the Fight against Corruption has submitted information that they are acting upon.

"The KS Prosecutor's Office is acting on information from the KS Office for the Fight against Corruption related to the mentioned contracts, and the acting prosecutor is conducting certain checks," stated the KS Prosecutor's Office.

The disputed competition was announced in December for three positions, the testing was initially postponed, and after it was held, Turković ranked first for the position she applied for.

Incidentally, Arijana Turković was a candidate for the For New Generations movement in the 2022 General Elections. Dženita Viteškić, a party colleague from ZNG, was also in the commission that conducted the procedure.

She is also engaged in other party activities of the ZNG movement, founded by Damir Marjanović, a representative in the KS Assembly, as evidenced by photos on social media.
