KS Prosecutor's Office on Benjamina Karić's report against Kabirija: We are checking for elements of a criminal offense

(Patria) - After the Federal Police Administration received the report from the Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, against Amir Gross Kabirija, the report was forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton. Kabiri is the director of Mostar's Aluminij and an Israeli citizen.

"The KS Prosecutor's Office, after receiving the report from the Federal Police Administration (FUP), has formed a case and begun verifying the allegations to determine if there are elements of a criminal offense.

Regarding the foregoing, the public will be informed in a timely manner once a prosecutorial decision is made," stated the KS Prosecutor's Office.

The FUP sent a dispatch to the KS Ministry of Internal Affairs requesting enhanced security measures for the Mayor of Sarajevo, and surveillance of her home and work addresses has been increased.

Kabiri's threats have been condemned by numerous politicians, associations, and the president of SDP BiH, Nermin Nikšić.
