Prosecutor's Office of BiH: Detention requested for Nenad Nešić and two other persons

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, after questioning the suspects, submitted a proposal to the Court of BiH within the legal deadline for ordering detention for three suspects, including Nenad Nešić, Minister of Security of BiH and the first suspect in the case Nešić Nenad et al.

We remind you, Nešić and other suspects in this case were arrested in the operation "Tunnel 2" of the MUP of RS, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

In addition to Nešić, Milan Dakić, director of JP Putevi RS, Mladen Lučić, and four other persons were arrested.

They are suspected of having, as managers of JP Putevi RS and persons who conducted business with the said company, committed criminal offenses - associating for the purpose of committing criminal offenses (Art. 249 of the Criminal Code of BiH), money laundering (Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH), abuse of official position or authority (Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of RS), and accepting bribes (Art. 319 of the Criminal Code of RS).

Nešić is suspected of having, as director of Putevi RS, accepted a bribe of approximately 250,000 KM.
