Prosecutor's Office of BiH opened a criminal case against prosecutor Džermin Pašić

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has formed a criminal case against state prosecutor Džermin Pašić, announced Avdo Avdić on the show Istraga sedmice. Pašić has also been reported to the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor on suspicion of abuse.

Earlier, it was revealed that Pašić had been hiding two official memos for months, in which it is stated that arrested members of the drug group of Sanio Al Murda told the Prosecutor's Office of BiH that they gave him, and former prosecutor Dubravko Čampara, about 1.5 million marks.

He handed over the memos only about thirty days after the case of money laundering from drug proceeds was taken away from him.

According to available information, precisely due to fear of potential disciplinary and criminal proceedings, Pašić filed a report against the Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, presenting himself as a victim.
