Bosnia and Herzegovina Prosecutor's Office indicted Mirko Perišić, defrauded the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH by 67,544 KM

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Perišić Mirko, aka "Rođo", born in 1959 in Rogatica, a citizen of BiH. He is accused of, in his capacity as an official, an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH in the position of driver-security in the Cabinet of the Deputy Minister from 2007 to 2012, with the intention of obtaining illegal property gain on more than 260 occasions, submitting false - forged invoices for hotel accommodation in Banja Luka, and thereby obtaining illegal property gain in the amount of at least 67,544 KM, for which he defrauded the MFA and the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He is accused of, with the aim of obtaining illegal property gain for himself as an official in the institutions of BiH, by submitting false calculations, misleading persons authorized for payment, whereby he received an illegal payment in the amount of over 50,000.00 KM, thereby committing the extended criminal offense of Fraud in Office under Article 222 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
