(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an order to SIPA to question Emir Suljagić, Reuf Bajrović, and Bakir Izetbegović over 'inciting hatred'.
The questioning, as reported by Istraga.ba, should take place next week.
We remind you that the president of the Croatian Republican Party (HRS) BiH, Slaven Raguž, filed criminal charges against SDA president Bakir Izetbegović, director of the Srebrenica Memorial Center Emir Suljagić, and former federal minister Reuf Bajrović on July 29, 2022.
Raguž filed the charges due to, as he stated, 'inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance'.
'In recent days, anti-Croatian hysteria has culminated in BiH, during which the sincerity of the intentions of the entire Sarajevo policy in the fight for a 'civic Bosnia' has surfaced. The true face of the 'patriots' has emerged, who have stood up not to defend some of their rights, but to ensure the denial of rights to others,' Raguž wrote at the time.
It is interesting that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH still does not initiate investigations against genocide deniers, primarily the leadership of Republika Srpska, who deny genocide in the most brutal way on a daily basis, yet they act quite promptly on Raguž's report!
