SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The best and most decorated Bosnian-Herzegovinian athlete today announced an attack on the national record of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"All who know me, know how much I love football! When I play, I am a striker. Something like Džeko, but only a bit faster. And tonight in Madrid I will be a striker, but I will attack the indoor record of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans in the 800 meters!
I rarely make such announcements, but I feel good and I hope that the feeling and my legs will not betray me. My head certainly won't...", Tuka wrote on Facebook.
He adds that this is also the last test before competing at the European Indoor Championships.
Otherwise, Tuka is also the owner of the current Bosnian-Herzegovinian record in the 800 meters indoor, which he set on February 21, 2015, at the Balkan Championships in Istanbul.
That record is 1:48:86, and we wish Tuka to achieve his goal for tonight and break many more national and world records.
