Trojka stretches Bosnian forces' front in fight against SNSD and HDZ attacks on Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as an institution of vital importance for the survival and functioning of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been attacked from three directions. From the direction of Serbian separatist policy, from the direction of Croatian separatist policy, and from the direction of the so-called Trojka's policy.

The first direction of offensive movement towards the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, commanded by the president of the smaller Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity, Milorad Dodik, attacks the Constitutional Court by attempting to completely dispute the legality of the Constitutional Court of BiH's operation in half of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. To this end, the National Assembly of the smaller BiH entity recently adopted unconstitutional conclusions attempting to prohibit the operation of the Constitutional Court of BiH in half of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Blinding the naive Bosniak-Bosnian public, Nazi pilot enthusiast Christian Schmidt (High Representative in BiH) allegedly annulled the conclusions of the National Assembly of the smaller entity. Such a move, as everyone knows, means nothing in practical terms, except that Schmidt has bought Dodik time and peace to prepare for a new and stronger blow to the Constitutional Court of BiH.

The second direction of offensive movement towards the Constitutional Court of BiH is commanded by the leader of the Croatian separatist movement in BiH, Dragan Čović. Čović attacks the Constitutional Court of BiH by attempting to appoint judicially uneducated and politically suitable Marin Vukoja, seeking to gain a sufficient number of judges in the Constitutional Court of BiH to change the rules of the Constitutional Court's work, and by seeking to eventually gain a majority in the Constitutional Court of BiH together with Dodik, thereby completely encircling the state of BiH and gaining the possibility for its legal destruction. The goal of Čović's policy is to eventually gain 6 out of 9 judges, in order to completely legalize all future illegal moves of their axis formed with SNSD. Unlike the Serbian separatist offensive on the Constitutional Court of BiH, the Croatian separatist offensive operates within the framework of legality, making it more dangerous, although it has an identical goal to the Serbian one.

The third direction of offensive action towards the Constitutional Court of BiH is one where it is unclear who exactly is in command, as it is unclear who exactly commands the Trojka, if we momentarily disregard that certain diplomats in Bosnia and Herzegovina command it. The out-of-tune orchestra of Elmedin Konaković, Nermin Nikšić, and Edin Forto is currently playing the role of HDZ's military orchestra, playing according to Čović's notes. This was particularly evident yesterday when the Trojka tried in every possible way to elect HDZ's Marin Vukojа to the Constitutional Court of BiH.

The Trojka did not shy away from violating the rules of procedure of the federal parliament, nor from anything else, in order to fulfill the firm promise made to Dragan Čović to deliver control over the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to him. Thanks to the actions of the patriotic part of the public and a part of the opposition politicians (DF, SBiH, NES, and SDA), the Trojka's attempt was stopped in the early morning hours after the shaky and imposed government in the FBiH failed to cunningly elect a suitable composition of the Commission for Elections and Appointments that would propose Marin Vukojа as the sole candidate (all according to Čović's wishes) for the election of a judge to the Constitutional Court of BiH.

The Trojka disgraced itself yesterday, perhaps most of all during its rule so far, which has been marked by mere subservience to HDZ and SNSD. Instead of joining other parties loyal to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina in opposing the Serbian and Croatian separatist offensive on the Constitutional Court, the Trojka showed its true colors and opened a third front on which Bosnian forces (now stretched between all three fronts) must fight.

How long they will succeed in this remains a hanging question. If the Trojka does not start acting against the interests of SNSD and HDZ, and continues to act against Bosnian forces, history could repeat itself.
