Trojka and SDA: While the Court and Prosecutor's Office persecute heroes, who has the right to speak of the 'painful wounds' of patriots?

The persecution of our defenders attempts to impose a false narrative that protects the aggressor, while at the same time, criminals who held Sarajevo, Goražde, Žepa, Tuzla, and Bihać under siege and killed civilians remain unprosecuted, even though these zones were under United Nations protection.

This is a gift from all pro-Bosnian options in BiH, which have enabled the Serb side in BiH, with the help of Serbia and Belgrade, to file indictments and prosecute members of the Army of RBiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RBiH as the only legitimate military organizations in the territory of the Republic of BiH.

The Trojka (NIP, Our Party, SDP) should also be aware of this, as they today accused the SDA of gifting Milorad Dodik the overturned revision of the genocide verdict for Srebrenica, which the Trojka claims is the biggest painful wound of BiH patriots.

Perhaps such a qualification stands, if it weren't for the fact that dozens of painful wounds are currently open, and no one is tending to them! These wounds are the indictments and the torment in the BiH Court of the best among us. It is devastating that not a single party in BiH is addressing the real wounds of BiH patriots, against whom the BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office are actively carrying out revisionism by indicting and convicting members of the Army of RBiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RBiH. Therefore, the ground is 'slippery' for such accusations, as no one is absolved from this, neither the SDA nor the Trojka.

The United Nations has been informed about the non-compliance with the UN resolution that initiated the establishment of the BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office, the non-compliance with the Hague legacy, as well as the fact that the BiH Prosecutor's Office prosecutes defenders from protected zones while failing to prosecute those who held these zones under siege and daily killed civilians and children. Such individuals are now witnesses. Politicians do not know this, or do not want to know, as only a few media outlets follow the farces of these trials, where executioners testify against defenders, mostly via video link from Belgrade or Podgorica, where they live peacefully and safely from the hands of justice!

I would like those who give moral lessons to others to answer whether they are ashamed to celebrate the anniversary of the Fifth Corps, while Atif Dudaković and his comrades are living in a cage by court order and must remain silent!?

In a sea of statements celebrating the establishment of the Fifth Corps, you will not find any that mention that a trial is currently underway against 24 members of the Fifth Corps before the BiH Court in the first instance, against 9 in the second instance, while five are already serving their sentences.

A painful wound, dear Trojka, is also the indictment against 13 members of the Army of RBiH who defended Podrinje and Goražde, and who are accused of the most serious crimes, even genocide against Serbs! This is a continuation of the systemic persecution of the best sons of our only homeland. And you are all silent about this, acting as highly moral figures, pretending to believe in the courts and prosecutor's offices!?

Do you know about the suicides of those honorable soldiers of the Fifth Corps who, due to pressure from SIPA inspectors, could not endure it and took their own lives – because they had two options – either testify against their comrades or be indicted! That is the painful wound of patriots!
Will you say anything about Dobrovoljačka Street! In this case, the Hague legacy has been neglected, just as you have never revealed the mystery of the A list to us. You know, that is also a painful wound for patriots, because none of those being tried are on that list.

There is no greater pain for patriots than the Dobrovoljačka Street case, which has disturbed the public of BiH. This case was initiated by prosecutors under the control of Serbia and Republika Srpska. The indictment was written in ekavian dialect, previous objections were rejected, even though it is clear that The Hague determined that the column of the former JNA moving through Dobrovoljačka Street was a legitimate military target.

Courts in London and Vienna have also given their assessment, but it was not enough for the BiH judiciary to act correctly and in accordance with legal norms.

Imagine prosecutor Mladen Vukojičić proving that the column was not a legitimate military target, and that Alija Izetbegović was not a prisoner on May 2nd and 3rd, but was protected at Sarajevo airport and taken to Lukavica!?

That is a painful wound!

Therefore, you must stop the hypocrisy and look in the mirror. We have left our heroes to the mercy of those who are carrying out historical revisionism, while you seek glory by following Dodik and accusing each other, and you are all equally guilty!
