Trojka, HDZ and satellites in the FBiH Parliament do not have 50 votes: After the fiasco with the change of government in USK, NES's further support is questionable

(Patria) - The next session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament will show whether the current government has the necessary majority after the latest developments in certain party caucuses.

Hajrudin Kozarević left the SDP BiH Caucus and the party itself, joining the Democratic Front, leaving SDP with 14 representatives.

Damir Nikšić left Naša stranka at the end of March and is now an independent representative, so Naša stranka has five representatives, and NIP has seven.

The Trojka parties (SDP, NIP, Naša stranka) now have 26 representatives, while HDZ BiH has 15 representatives. That makes 41 representatives, and a majority requires 50 votes.

The current coalition is most often supported in voting by HDZ 1990 with its three representatives and HNP (1), and very often by NES, which has four representatives. However, after the unsuccessful attempt by NES to take over the Government of Una-Sana Canton, in which the president of NIP, Elmedin Konaković, was involved, it is questionable how willing NES will be to be a supporting mechanism for Trojka and HDZ, given the events in Krajina.

Trojka and HDZ have so far counted on the votes of Arnel Isak, son of the FBiH Minister of Internal Affairs, Ramo Isak, Kenan Uzunović, Maja Uremović (POMAK), Elzina Pirić, and HNP, which has one representative. However, without the votes of NES, the current government does not have the necessary majority.

Trojka (26), HDZ (15), plus HDZ 1990 (3), HNP (1), and three independent representatives Isak, Uzunović, and Pirić make 48 votes. Now everything will depend on the will of NES, so it is not impossible that some reconstruction of the FBiH Government, which has been mentioned before, will occur, i.e., that Ramo Isak will be removed.
