Trnka warns: Secession of RS is legally impossible, but look what happened to Crimea

The guest of Face TV's Dnevnik was the distinguished professor of constitutional law, legal expert Kasim Trnka. He spoke and legally analyzed the constant announcements of Milorad Dodik about the secession and independence of Republika Srpska, writes the Patria news agency.

Professor Trnka claims that from a legal standpoint it is impossible for the RS to secede, but that it is possible if different events occur on the world stage, as was the case with Crimea.
