Cedevita coach praises Džanan Musa: An exceptional talent in all aspects

The KK Cedevita team, without national team players Luka Žorić, Miro Bilan, Tomislav Zubčić, Nemanja Gordić, and Jacob Pullen, is in training camp in Sv. Martin na Muri, where they will stay until Sunday. Young Džanan Musa, MVP of the U16 European Championship and captain of the BiH cadet national team, has joined the training camp, writes abaliga.com, reported by the BiH news agency Patria.

Cedevita coach Veljko Mršić has nothing but praise for the young basketball player.

- The kid is truly hungry for success and eager to work. He listens to everything that is asked of him. He is truly an exceptional talent in all aspects. Both in basketball and in human qualities, as a boy, because he is still a child. When basketball talent and psychophysical talent come together, it is truly a pleasure to work with him. We certainly expect a lot from him in the club in the future. However, he has his own planned development. We will not rush anything, and he will certainly reach the first team very soon - said Mršić.

Musa himself adapted quickly and says he trains twice a day.

- I think I can compete equally with older players. Of course, they have a big advantage because they are older and already experienced seniors, but I think in a few months I will be getting senior minutes day by day.

- I always try to push the boundaries. I won't rush because I will burn out if I rush too much. I am with Cedevita's juniors and I will get minutes, and whenever coach Mršić includes me with the seniors, I will be very grateful and I will literally burn myself out to prove to him that I can do it - emphasized the young talent of Cedevita.
