Both houses of the Parliament of the Federation requested to convene

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's session held in Sarajevo, tasked the Federal Civil Protection Administration, federal administrations and federal administrative organizations, and all federal ministries and other federal institutions to provide it, no later than May 8, 2020, with detailed information, with accompanying documentation, on all procurements carried out since the adoption of the Decision on declaring a state of emergency caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Federation of BiH, as well as the criteria on the basis of which suppliers were selected.

This federal administration is also obliged to continuously, as long as the Decision on declaring a state of emergency caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Federation of BiH is in force, provide the Government of the Federation of BiH with detailed information on all individual procurements it carries out.

The Federal Government also invited lower levels of government to, in the same way, present information on all procurements carried out during the state of emergency caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVID-19). The Government of the FBiH requests both houses of the Parliament of the FBiH to schedule sessions to consider a comprehensive report on the activities of the Government of the Federation of BiH undertaken during the period from the declaration of the state of emergency caused by the appearance of coronavirus (COVID-19), including information on public procurements carried out, with a proposal of measures, which the Government will submit later.

All federal administrative bodies, federal administrative organizations and federal institutions are  invited to post all procurements carried out on their websites, with the aim of informing the public and ensuring the transparency of the procedures carried out.

Otherwise, the session of the BiH Government today was attended by the Prime Minister of the FBiH and his two deputies, while other members of the Federal Government participated in the session via video link.
