Heating plants to reduce November bills

KJKP „Toplane - Sarajevo“ will reduce the central heating bills for users in Sarajevo for November due to two-hour daily interruptions in the supply of thermal energy that were in effect from October 23 to November 13, 2014, between 12:00 and 14:00, the Patria News Agency reports.

The reduction will be made in accordance with the number of hours of no heating and suspension of thermal energy supply, as follows:

for residential users 8.30% and
for business users 4.20%.

The interruption in the supply of thermal energy was caused by a reduced inflow of natural gas as the primary energy source for the production of thermal energy, after which the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of Sarajevo Canton, in order to maintain the gas system, gave consent to KJKP „Toplane - Sarajevo“ for a two-hour daily interruption in the supply of thermal energy.

On this occasion, we appeal to users of central heating to, in order to maintain the entire energy system of Sarajevo Canton, regularly settle their payment obligations for the service to Toplane Sarajevo - say from „Toplane“
