Heating plants are heating Alipašino Polje at full capacity

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At a time when our users are spending more time in their homes, we are especially careful to provide the best possible service, even when the outside air temperature is higher, as it was last weekend.

In Alipašino Polje, as in other locations in the Sarajevo Canton, there have been no interruptions in heating and there will be none between 05:00 and 22:00. We proudly emphasize that in the past seven days, we have not had a single recorded complaint in our Customer Centers, it was announced from Toplane Sarajevo.

If we have interventions on the system, which has been happening for years due to the fact that the infrastructure is on average 20 to 30 years old and that adequate investments have not been made in it in the previous period, interruptions at certain locations lasted up to a maximum of 2 hours.

The duty teams of Toplane, despite the extraordinary situation we are in, are working and resolving problems in the shortest possible time.

We take this opportunity to appeal to citizens to report heating problems with their full name and surname, address, and contact information, because otherwise we cannot intervene if there are indeed problems.
