Serious accident near Konjic: Car driver died after crashing under a truck

(Patria) - A car driver died in a serious traffic accident that occurred this afternoon on the M-17 highway in Radešine near Konjic.

In the accident, which occurred around 5:15 PM, a Opel Corsa car and a truck were involved, confirmed the spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Ilijana Miloš, to Hercegovina.info.

- The car driver, initials A.O. (1978), crashed under the truck. The injured person was transported by ambulance to Konjic hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries - said Miloš.

An investigation is underway at the scene, and more information about the circumstances of this serious accident will be known after the official procedures are completed.
