Only the fourth session of the House of Representatives Collegium since the October elections

(Patria) - The Collegium of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet today for the fourth time since the October elections. The agenda includes determining the competent commissions for reviewing several annual reports, including the reports of the BiH Office for Consideration of Appeals, the Management Board of the Export Credit Agency, and the Central Bank of BiH.

We remind you that the Collegium has met before, but there have been no sessions of the House, except for the constitutive session held in early December, and the scheduling of an emergency session on the migrant crisis in BiH, which did not even begin due to a lack of quorum.

Working bodies, i.e., parliamentary committees, have also not yet been formed. The expanded Collegium of the House of Representatives decided on January 16 to postpone the scheduled session of the House at which the members of the committees were to be elected. It was stated at the time that a certain number of caucuses from both entities had not submitted the names of their representatives for the working bodies, and the conditions for forming permanent working bodies were not met.
