Tegeltija without an answer about meetings in cafes

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - As a responsible and moral act, I felt the need to address the members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), whom I represent, and ask them to declare whether I have their support regarding the leadership of the Council, said the President of the HJPC, Milan Tegeltija, in Sarajevo today.

Tegeltija addressed the public after an extraordinary session of the Council, dedicated to the reporting of the online media outlet Žurnal, according to which Tegeltija traded court cases.

“At the session itself, I said, regarding the events described in Žurnal, I issued a denial, a statement on social media, and I told the members of the HJPC that I will not speak about it anymore. Let the BiH Prosecutor's Office deal with it,” said Tegeltija.

Tegeltija did not wish to answer the question of whether holding meetings in cafes is in line with moral and ethical codes.
