Tahirović responds to Raguž: The HVO was convicted for a joint criminal enterprise in The Hague, enough said for the wise

(Patria) - The political leadership of the criminal organization, better known as the "Hague Six," under whose command was the Croatian Defence Council (HVO), which Slaven Raguž claims fought against Hamas and Hezbollah, was sentenced to 111 years in prison by the Hague Tribunal. Enough said for the wise.

This is the reaction of the President of the Association of Witnesses and Victims of Genocide, Murat Tahirović, to the nebulous claims of the President of the Croatian Republican Party (HRS), Slaven Raguž, that "this is not about who is with Israel and who is with Palestine, but about who stands with democracy and who with terrorists."

"I am glad that the town has come out of the closet! And yes, the HVO also fought against Hamas and Hezbollah," Raguž asserted.

In his response to Raguž, Tahirović emphasizes that the actions of the HVO in the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina are best defined in the Netherlands, i.e., The Hague.

"The International Criminal Court, established by democratic countries, ruled on the joint criminal enterprise (JCE) of the Croatian military and political leadership and sentenced the very top of that criminal organization to long prison terms. We can also call it a terrorist organization, by Western standards.

Never in history has any court been as democratic and as clear in identifying evidence and facts as the Hague Tribunal, and it has translated all of that into verdicts characterizing the JCE as an organization for mass murders, rapes, expulsions, and imprisonments in camps," Tahirović conveyed to Raguž.
