Sweden "freezes" the Dragons at -16

In the fourth match of the pre-qualifications for the 2019 World Cup, the BiH national team was defeated in Zenica with 72:88.

We opened the match well and took a seven-point lead, the score was 12:7. but the Swedes quickly returned to the game and the first period ended 23:23.

In the second quarter, Sweden played significantly better, led by a brilliant offensive performance from Masamba, while confusion was evident in our ranks, resulting in Sweden leading at halftime 38:46.

The second half saw a repeat of the third quarter, where the Swedes were the much better team. The score at the end of the third period was 55:64.

At the start of the final quarter, Sweden extended their lead to +14 and maintained it confidently until the end of the match for a final score of 72:88. After four rounds, BiH and Sweden now have a record of two wins and two losses.

The Swedes were led to victory by Masamba with 20 points and Eriksson with 15 points. For our team, T. Musa scored 12 points, and Tomić with 11 and Vrabac with ten points were also in double digits.
