THE HAND OF INJUSTICE WILL REACH EACH OF US We are not guilty, but by remaining silent and enduring, we are condemned!

If anyone thinks I am writing this to defend Fadil Novalić, Fikret Hodžić, or someone else, and not justice for all of us, then don't read further!

If, however, you do read, remember that no Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has completed their term. Some have been prosecuted, some are on blacklists, and nothing epochal has happened in the BiH judiciary since then. This fact should have long ago triggered a red light that should make faces red – because the judiciary is the cancer of this society, a stage of metastasis.
Only selective justice is worse than injustice. And the powerful figures in the BiH Prosecutor's Office (on the wings of various entities, ethnicities, and politics) serve us this selective justice every day.

Under such conditions, the rule of law can hardly take root in BiH, which is why every employee in the judiciary must be checked on a detector of law and knowledge, especially prosecutors who have largely occupied high positions through political maneuvering. On their career path, bypassing legal norms, they have destroyed and continue to destroy lives.

Few have been lucky enough to emerge as winners from fabricated prosecutorial farces, although it is a pyrrhic victory, as life has already been significantly destroyed, as in the case of Živko Budimir. In that case, it was publicly released that prosecutor Diana Kajmaković planted evidence, after which she nevertheless remained in service and was even declared person of the year. However, we will learn that the devil always comes for his due from this example too, because by satisfying the demands of the international community and various politics, she herself ended up in the role of the bad guy and burdened by the blacklist.

Budimir spent a month in custody in Mostar, but in the end, it turned out that both the charges and his detention were unfounded, and numerous manipulations were established during the trial. One might say the operation was successful, but Živko remained politically dead! Unlike Budimir, Dragan Čović's criminality was proven, but the original documentation was lost, which was never investigated and which is essentially the biggest problem of the judiciary – ACCOUNTABILITY DOES NOT EXIST.

You can file indictments, you can fabricate them, you can choose not to act, your indictments can fall, but NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING TO YOU! Unless you prosecute in accordance with the law and justice. An example of such a case is Branko Perić, who, at the end of a successful career, did not want to wallow in the mud of a fabricated process, and then he was prosecuted.

Kemal Čaušević had less luck than Budimir, being the only one to pay for the crime in the Indirect Taxation Authority, while his masterminds, including Dragan Čović (about whom there is a statement), remained free to shape the destinies of Bosnian citizens through further political engagement.

And from these two or three examples alone, it is evident that something is wrong with the Prosecutor's Office. Indictments are subject to ridicule, often supplemented, and unprepared prosecutors prefer to seek advice from foreign embassies rather than from books and laws!

I wonder if there is any person in BiH (other than, for example, Čović) who believes in the BiH judiciary, who has not lost faith with the farcical verdict in the 'Respirators' case. That faith was lost long ago, and now it has only been sealed by this verdict!

Especially when it comes to war crimes cases. There is complete chaos there, which could have been expected when they simply ignored the Hague A list and started, as in corruption cases, to work on cases according to their own discretion. Or, on projects of various centers of power.

From what we see daily in the courtrooms of the BiH Court, there is one goal – to file as many indictments as possible against members of the Army of RBiH and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RBiH and to equate all sides in the aggression.

Former Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić (who also ended up on the blacklist) is most responsible for the fact that cases from the A list were not worked on. Simply, obedient prosecutors burdened Atif Dudaković, Enes Durak, Zijad Srabović, Himzo Selimović, Nehru Ganić, Ramiz Dreković, Ahmed Sejdić, Ferid Buljubašić, and others who were not priorities for The Hague, while Tadić's successor Milanko Kajganić rose to prosecutorial stardom with the indictment in the Dobrovoljačka case! And all this while dozens of members of the VRS and HVO from the Hague A list walk free, because the Prosecutor's Office, as I wrote, has only one goal.

And the Dobrovoljačka case is an unprecedented scandal that precisely proves what the goal of both the current and former chief prosecutor is. In that case, prosecutors prove to us that Alija Izetbegović was not captured on May 2nd and that the JNA column was not a legitimate military target, and we are all silent! Courts in London and Vienna, as well as the Hague Tribunal, clearly stated that the column in Dobrovoljačka was a legitimate military target.

Knowing what their goal is, as we knew in the 'Respirators' case, we have every right to ask ourselves what the accused can expect other than torment and humiliation, and ultimately shameful verdicts. Because they are not being judged to reveal the truth (which is the basic postulate of a prosecutor), but to be GUILTY. And they are guilty because they defended us or are now trying to defend us, because the war has not ended, it has only continued by other means.

The political processes we are currently witnessing convince us that only Bosniaks are criminals and thieves, and in their incompetence, they become clumsy, so their verdicts must be adjudicated by the Courts in Strasbourg.

The reason for writing this text is to point out the abuses occurring in the judiciary, whereby in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is no adequate protection for a citizen as an individual from such abuses.

There is no one to protect citizens, because where there is no law, they cannot expect justice either. And those who are applauding the verdicts for Novalić, Hodžić, and Solak today, I ask what they will do when the verdicts come in the cases of Dudaković, Čemerno, Jošanica, Goražde, Lukavac, Dobrovoljačka... And to give them an answer, when they convict all those listed, know that they are next.

Do you know who the late Ćiza was? Izet Arifović Ćiza will not see justice. He went to a more righteous world. In a letter he left behind, he revealed what half the judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina know, and half do not know and do not want to know, and that is that the protected witness O. S. (who knows what letter it will be in other cases) is not telling the truth!

“And this only witness of the BiH Prosecutor's Office (he revealed the name in the letter), who is paid and housed in Belgrade to lie against Bosniaks from Podrinje, has become the main witness in many fabricated court processes at the Court of BiH, which are managed from Belgrade,” testified the late Ćiza, as his appeal before leaving for the other world.

No one even paid attention, and Belgrade continues to do its thing, because they know that by equating the sides, they will nullify the effect of the Hague verdicts for genocide and the Joint Criminal Enterprise.

Do you know that Nedžad Hodžić was sentenced to 12 years in prison for crimes in Trusina, while in the Igman case it was determined that he is permanently unfit for trial!

He proved the same during the trial for crimes in Trusina, because his health condition was the same then (permanent disability), but the BiH Court and their experts see it differently from case to case! I am not talking about Hodžić's innocence, but about the sloppiness of the BiH Court.

And why should I believe you, why should I have confidence in a judiciary that, based on just these few examples I have highlighted, has shown the full splendor of ignorance, negligence, and incompetence. However, in addition to these three negative points, the BiH judiciary is burdened by external influences from Belgrade, Zagreb, but also from Western Europe.

All of the above is enough for me to believe the lawyers, and to convince myself that it is still possible for someone to be acquitted of all charges they are accused of before the institution called the Court of BiH, and be convicted of a crime that was never attributed to them, or be convicted under laws that are no longer in effect.

Because, it doesn't matter if we are guilty or not, the hand of injustice will reach us, because we calmly watched all those listed in the text go to prison or the afterlife, which puts us in the position of the next victim.
