Court of BiH schedules new hearing for Fikret Hodžić

(Patria) - The Court of BiH has scheduled a hearing for Fikret Hodžić and others in the "Respirators" case, which will be held on December 9, 2024, from 1 PM to 4 PM.

The case will be presided over by judge Staniša Gluhajić.

We remind you that Fikret Hodžić left the state prison in Vojkovići on November 28.

In the 'Respirators' affair, Fikret Hodžić was sentenced to five years in prison. The verdict was overturned when the Constitutional Court of BiH accepted the appeal of "F. H. and the legal entity 'F. H. Srebrena malina' LLC and determined a violation of the right to a fair trial.

Hodžić was sentenced to five years in prison on a subsequently added count of abuse of office, while he was acquitted on the original four counts of the indictment.
