Court of BiH rejects SNSD's appeal: Elections for President of RS to be repeated at 136 polling stations

(Patria) - The Court of BiH rejected the appeal of SNSD, confirming the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH to annul the results of the early elections for the President of RS at 136 polling stations, announced Istraga.ba on its X platform.

The appeal of SDS, which sought to annul the elections in their entirety, was also rejected.

Therefore, the early elections for the President of RS will be repeated at 136 polling stations.

As a reminder, the CEC of BiH made a decision six days ago to annul the early elections for the President of RS at 136 polling stations in 17 electoral units.
