At the session of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA), experts from the field of constitutional and international public law and other areas addressed the members at today's 8th session to present their opinions regarding the current issue of Sutorina's status, reports the Patria News Agency.
Experts from the field of constitutional and international public law, as well as representatives of the competent BiH institutions, are of the opinion that the exclusion of the Sutorina area from Montenegro and its annexation to BiH has no basis in international law and that initiating such a procedure could cause irreparable damage to BiH.
The opinions were presented by Željko Obradović, Zoran Perković, Mustafa Begić, Zenaid Đelmo, Nedim Ademović, Senadin Lavić, Hidajet Repovac, and Hazim Bašić.
The transcript from today's session will be delivered to the representatives in the House of Representatives of the BiH PA and will serve as an attachment when voting on the Draft Resolution on Sutorina, submitted by MP Denis Bećirović.
