A real drama unfolded on Friday in Ilijaš. The River Bosna washed up a human body, which is without a head, arms and legs, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).
According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, the identity of the person will be determined only after a DNA analysis is performed.
It cannot be said with certainty whether this is a violent death, whether the head and missing extremities on the torso were eaten by animals, or whether they were separated from the body in some other way.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs will release more information on this after a detailed examination of the corpse, which will continue on Monday. The torso is currently in the Bare morgue in Sarajevo, reports NAP.
