Foreigner will not be the coach of the BiH national team!

Giovanni Trapattoni, Lothar Matthaus, Alberto Zaccheroni are the first three world-renowned football experts who have expressed a desire to take over the hot seat of coach Safet Sušić in the dugout of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team, write the media in BiH, reports the Patria News Agency.

It is also written that Trapattoni, Matthaus and Zaccheroni have sent their resumes, but the Football Association of BiH denies this.

As Patria learns from sources close to the Football Association of BiH, a foreigner will not be the new coach of the BiH national team.

- The chances of it being a foreigner are very small. I am almost sure it won't be. We have enough of our own experts who can lead the BiH team with quality - says our source.

Besides the foreigners favored by the media in BiH, according to journalists, Amar Osim, Vahid Halilhodžić, Dušan Bajević, Sergej Barbarez, Blaž Slišković, Robert Prosinečki are also in the running for the coach position. The Football Association of BiH says that officially no offer has been received, nor are any names being considered yet.

- You know how it is, a small pond, many crocodiles. Everyone has their favorites, but it is clear who will ultimately make the final decision - our source added.

We will probably find out the name of the new coach in the next few weeks. It is hard to believe that the Association will rush the decision, as our team will not play matches until the end of the year, nor at the beginning of next year.

In any case, time will tell who will sit at the helm of the BiH A team, but for now, it is certain that it will not be a foreigner!
