Rock falls on house in Stolac, fortunately no injuries

(Patria) - Due to heavy rainfall, a rock slide occurred from Komanje Brdo onto a street in Stolac, damaging two protective fences. The rock fell into the yard of a family home; fortunately, there are no injuries, but the material damage is extensive.

According to the report of the Operational Center of Civil Protection of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, published on Sunday, several trees were broken, material damage is extensive, and there are no injured persons.

The Operational Center also states that in the areas of Mostar and Čapljina, firefighters had several interventions in the last 24 hours, most often removing trees from streets, and they also pumped water out of a family home in Struge and an apartment in Mostar.

According to data from the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute, today in Bosnia and Herzegovina the weather is mostly cloudy with rain and showers, occasionally accompanied by thunder.
