(Patria) - The Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, informed the delegates of the Bosniak Caucus in the BiH Parliament House of Peoples that he will not submit the act by which the mandate-holder for the current convocation of the RS Government was appointed, the appointment of which is being challenged before the Constitutional Court of BiH.
The Constitutional Court of BiH requested proof from the delegates challenging the appointment of the RS Government that Savo Minić was proposed as the mandate-holder by Milorad Dodik, who was not the President of Republika Srpska at that time.
In his response, Stevandić stated that he does not wish to submit this document to the delegates because the BiH Parliament House of Peoples is not superior to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
Member of Parliament Ramiz Salkić also stated today that he had not seen the document either and that it is not true that it was submitted to the MPs in the materials for the session.
