Road conditions: Caution due to landslides, roadworks, and occasionally wet roads

(Patria) - On the last day of the week, traffic on Bosnian and Herzegovinian roads is on dry or occasionally wet surfaces, and we also warn about frequent landslides and highlight the following sections: Turbe-Karanovac, Jajce-Banja Luka, Bugojno-Kupres, and Sarajevo-Foča, as well as the Rostovo pass (Bugojno-Novi Travnik) and Makljen pass (Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje).

Drivers are advised to avoid sudden braking, adjust their speed to road conditions, and increase the distance between vehicles. We call on pedestrians and cyclists to exercise additional caution, especially in urban areas. We ask all road users for additional patience and compliance with traffic regulations and signage.

Roadworks are ongoing on the A-1 highway section Podlugovi-Sarajevo sjever, as well as on the main roads: Konjic-Jablanica (near the Crnaja tunnel), Jablanica-Prozor (villages of Duge and Mirci), Semizovac-Olovo, Jajce-Crna Rijeka, and Gacko-Foča (in Sastavci).

We remind you that traffic for all vehicles up to 3.5 tons of total weight is allowed on the main road Jablanica-Blidinje.

At border crossings, waiting times for passenger vehicles do not exceed 30 minutes. The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.

Please note that waiting times at border crossings are subject to frequent changes. Drivers have access to video surveillance cameras on our website www.bihamk.ba.
