Stanivuković announces criminal charges, billboards ate free textbooks

Banja Luka Mayor Draško Stanivuković at today's press conference released the first report on criminal acts that were previously kept silent.

Namely, as he said, crime was caught like a rabbit and cannot move, and he emphasized that it will be handed over through criminal charges on Tuesday.

The first topic the mayor touched upon was the issue of billboards, of which, he says, there are 372 in Banja Luka, 159 of which were placed falsely, without compensation, near the City Administration, and that the budget was damaged by half a million marks per year, 2,000,000 KM over four years.

"That, gentlemen, is free textbooks when you say there is no budget, that is 5,000 monthly tickets for pensioners, scholarships for students," Stanivuković emphasized.

All companies will be identified, and the payment deadline is Monday, he adds.

Stanivuković said that one of the companies renting the disputed billboards is also the company of Dodik's cousin.

Mayor Stanivuković said that for all those who fished in troubled waters, payment is coming, and called on the authorities to investigate everything he said and arrest those responsible.

"I invite them to arrest me too if what I said is not true," he said.
