Is there a fraud being prepared in the football elections in Goražde?

A fraud, a theft in the football elections, is being prepared in Goražde, it is being said in football circles. Directed by people who have been meddling in the football scene for years. And who work only for their personal interest, to the detriment of clubs and true sports workers, reports the Patria News Agency.

Mirso Drljević is widely known for this in football circles. Along with his like-minded individuals who fish in troubled waters at the local level and who, after ten years of enjoying various privileges in the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NSBiH), have been removed from the governing body by the will of the voters.

A certain Goražde businessman with an address in Sarajevo, Senad Islam, managed to defeat the "unbeatable" power brokers from Goražde, but the meddlers have united ahead of the new elections.

In order to prevent the candidacy of quality and recognized sports workers from this canton from the start, election frauds and thefts are being prepared. In football, the name of a certain "sports worker" Kljajić means nothing. However, according to those better informed, he has mastered the craft very well and proved himself in the elections in the Una-Sana Canton. When he eliminated strong candidates through fraudulent documentation, he cleared the way for his people to win, who operate according to the central office's schemes.

The same task has been given to a certain Kljajić for the elections in Goražde. To discourage and eliminate candidates that the base wants to represent them at all levels. However, the scenario from Krajina has been quickly exposed in football circles.

"Even the sparrows on the branches know what the football meddlers are preparing. They have sent their man to Goražde to prepare the ground. His goal is to eliminate the real candidates by 'determining that they do not have complete documentation'. However, they are mistaken. All documentation and all papers have been submitted in front of several witnesses. And that story will not pass. For the dirty work around the elections in one of the cantons, the main director, who has now come to Goražde, received a criminal complaint.

We want our canton and clubs to be represented by true sports workers, reputable businessmen, not meddlers who will work for their personal interest and sell themselves for a daily wage. We want our clubs to be successful, like Goražde, for our referees, delegates, and inspectors to progress, not for the favored and protégés of two or three meddlers to be promoted.

We want our people to take care of Goražde and Goražde clubs, not to work for the powerful people in the NSBiH. Meddlers from Krajina and their principals from the Association will not dictate our elections. Local power brokers have become so arrogant that they refuse to admit a club to the cantonal association simply because it is called "Gazije".

Everyone in Goražde knows this. And that has come to an end. Such a way of ruling has come to its end. We have informed all competent institutions about the names and surnames of certain meddlers and their intentions. They will decide for themselves who will deal with them in the coming days. We want Goražde to be represented by proven sports workers, reputable people, and certainly not meddlers - sports workers and the majority of football delegates from Goražde have stated to the sports public, with the aim of exposing the meddlers and thwarting their dirty plan.

There is no place for "Gazije" in the Association. To verify the claims that the football club Gazije is not allowed membership in the Association, we contacted Nedžad Kurtović, who confirmed this information.

"It's true. We have been trying to get them to accept us into the Association since 2010. Despite winning the championship, having 70 players, having the best working conditions and top sports equipment, they do not allow us to be members of the Cantonal Association.

They told us that we had to wait three years to be accepted. After three years, we submitted the application again, and then we received the answer that the Cantonal Association would not be expanded and that we could not be admitted. I also called the president, Dino Raščič, and he told me that he is God here and as long as he is here, we will never be admitted, Nedžad Kurtović told "Sportske".
