Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adil Osmanović (SDA) will soon have a new advisor in his team, writes the Patria News Agency.
The new advisor to Minister Osmanović will be Sabahudin Baho Topalbećirević, a well-known BiH sports commentator and journalist. This information was confirmed to Patria from multiple sources, as well as by Minister Osmanović himself.
Allegedly, Elmedin Konaković, the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton, who has had friendly and business ties with Topalbećirević for years, has the most credit for this appointment.
Otherwise, Topalbećirević was involved in singing in the 90s. He released one cassette in 1990. From that album, Halid Bešlić took his song "Pamtit ću te cijelog života" (I will remember you my whole life), which is still very popular today.
His career as a sports commentator began during the war on the state television of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He covered two Olympic Games, four World and European Football Championships, hundreds of Champions League match broadcasts, including 51 live games. He attended 18 Champions League finals, of which he broadcast 9 for the Public Service.
