SIPA Special Forces Run Sarajevo Half Marathon

After several years of successful participation in races organized by the association „Marathon Sarajevo“, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) also took part this year in the 9th Coca-Cola Sarajevo Half Marathon, held on Sunday, September 20, reports the Patria news agency.

The Sarajevo Half Marathon is the largest sports and social event of international character in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which this year had a record 1,500 participants from 32 countries.

As part of the large family of runners, 19 SIPA members also participated, including 17 members of the SIPA Special Support Unit, led by the deputy commander of this unit.

SIPA members once again had the opportunity to show speed and endurance and promote a healthy lifestyle and socializing, and some of them set their personal records in this race.

SIPA is proud to have had its candidates at the mentioned sports event this year, where they demonstrated physical fitness and the ability to run more than 20 kilometers without any problems, thereby promoting the agency in the best light, SIPA announced.
