Solid performance by Nurkić in Suns' loss to Nuggets

(Patria) - Phoenix Suns hosted the Denver Nuggets last night as part of the NBA preseason.

The reigning NBA champions, who led for most of the game, took the victory. Nikola Jokić and his teammates triumphed with a score of 107:115.

The most effective player for the winning team was Julian Strawther with 20 points, while Jokić scored nine in 18 minutes on the court. For the Suns, Josh Okogie stood out with 17 points.

Jusuf Nurkić delivered a solid performance for the Suns, considering he played only 16 minutes. In that time, he recorded 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

It should be noted that three of Phoenix's biggest stars did not play - Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, and Devin Booker.

As a reminder, the new NBA season begins on October 24th, reports SCsport.ba.
