Šemsudin Mehmedović, an SDA MP in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, asked a question to the Minister of Security Dragan Mektić regarding the Syrian Imad al-Husin, better known as Abu Hamza, who has been detained in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2008 because state authorities consider him a threat to national security, writes the Patria News Agency.
- I really don't understand how it is possible for a man to be imprisoned for seven years. Until when will we violate human rights and what is happening with this case - Mehmedović asked.
For now, Mehmedović has not received an answer because Minister Mektić is not present at the session, but it is certain that there will be a fierce debate about this case at the next session of the BiH Parliament.
The Deputy Chairman of the SNSD Club in the HoR of BiH Parliament, Lazar Prodanović, once again submitted a request to dismiss the Chairman of the House of Representatives of BiH, Šefik Džaferović.
After the MPs rejected this agenda item with 30 votes against, six for, and two abstentions, the SNSD MPs left the session again.
