(Patria) - The Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH fined the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) 7,000 KM for violating election silence.
At an emergency session of the CEC, it was explained that the complaint was filed by the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) because Milorad Dodik, while appearing on Prva TV, sent political messages on November 22, during the election silence.
- This is a gross violation of the Election Law, appearing on an electronic medium, sending election messages the day before the elections - said the Head of the Sector for Legal Affairs and Administrative Resolution of the CEC of BiH, Mišo Krstović.
Earlier, the CEC fined SNSD 30,000 KM for hate speech at the party's central rally in East Sarajevo.
