Albanians are leaving nothing to chance. They are doing everything in their power to ensure the Albania vs. Serbia match in the European Championship qualifiers passes without the slightest incident, reports the Patria news agency.
Any fan who causes even the slightest incident at the match between Albania and Serbia in the European Championship qualifiers will be ejected from the stadium, regardless of nationality, reports "Koha Ditore".
As stated, the Albanian Football Association and local authorities are determined to ensure that this highest-risk match proceeds in the best possible order, especially after the message conveyed at the security meeting by UEFA representative Kenny Scott, that the greatest responsibility lies with the organizer.
UEFA has demanded that there be no tolerance towards those who cause problems.
The same newspaper writes that five snipers and a helicopter will be deployed around and near the stadium in Elbasan to ensure everything passes without incidents.
Fans will be banned from wearing shirts with a map of the so-called Greater Albania, whose flag on a drone was the reason for the match being stopped in Belgrade.
The match in Group I of the European Championship qualifiers between Albania and Serbia will be played on October 8.
