(Patria) - The Official Gazette of Republika Srpska has published the decision of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the introduction of new technologies in the election process, which was made based on the decision of the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt.
SDS MP Ognjen Bodiroga shared a picture from the Official Gazette of RS on his profile, which clearly shows that the authorities in this entity have published the CEC's decision, which is based on Schmidt's decision, even though SNSD officials publicly claim that they do not recognize the High Representative.
The CEC's decision itself explicitly states that it was made based on Schmidt's decision.
“By the decision of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a law on amendments and additions to the Law on Financing of BiH Institutions is adopted, all with the aim of introducing specific election technologies into the election process in Bosnia and Herzegovina…”, the document states.
“As can be seen, there is no foreign tourist, nor an unelected foreigner… This is just one example of how our authorities say one thing and do another,” Bodiroga wrote.
The same CEC decision was also published in the Official Gazette of BiH.
