Director of the Employment Service of Canton Sarajevo Igor Kamočaji told reporters today that for some time now the Employment Service of CS has been trying to restore trust between unemployed persons and employers, using the latest global practices that have already yielded initial results, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.
On this occasion, Kamočaji on Wednesday, at the Employment Bureau Novo Sarajevo, also received a delegation of the Swiss Government, led by the Director General of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Manuel Sager and the Swiss Ambassador to BiH Heinrich Maurer.
Through various projects, Switzerland has been helping to open new jobs in BiH for several years.
Kamočaji said that unfortunately in BiH there is still no central place where all vacant positions would be publicly announced, but work should be done so that such a database becomes available in BiH one day.
SDC Director Sager said that Switzerland has been helping BiH for years with the employment of young people, and added that his country will continue to assist BiH in this field, reports NAP.
