SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the proposal of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has imposed a temporary security measure, specifically, a ban on all activities for the legal entities accused in the "Pravda" case.
The ban applies to the following legal entities: CENEX GROUP d.o.o. Sarajevo, EX LINE GROUP d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo, CENTRALEXPORT d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo, CENEX Inžinjering (Cening doo) d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo, CENEX d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo, Exline d.o.o. Istočno Sarajevo, and MINAS Co d.o.o. Sarajevo.
According to the indictment, the legal entities were used to carry out criminal activities, which is why the Prosecutor's Office requested such a measure, which will last for three years or until a new court decision.
We remind you that in the "Pravda" case, 38 individuals and eight legal entities are accused of the criminal offenses of organized crime, abuse of position or authority, and money laundering.
