"There was an incredible fear in the Sarajevo Canton among ministers, among deputies, among people, among journalists. No one dares to say anything, no one dares to do anything, how did it come to that? Why are we not allowed to talk about the Government's work in 2022, why have we reached a situation where people whisper when they mention someone's name – Elmedin Konaković, why are people afraid, why are journalists afraid to ask a tricky question on television.
What is this fear, how did it happen that fear has taken hold. The only thing people are not afraid of is to bring up some problem from the SDA from some period, everything else is fear," said Faruk Kapidžić, SDA deputy, recently at the Sarajevo Canton Assembly.
The answer to these questions lies in the Sky correspondence published by the media, in which drug lord Edin Gačanin and associate Dženis Kadrić are devising a strategy for the behavior of politicians close to them.
"Our goal is to create the strongest party, and to clean up the others and kill them if necessary because the people 'only understand force', not talk, because they live for this world and are afraid for their lives, and when you are cleaning them up, it is much easier when you set their car on fire, then bombs on their house, then you warn them, all little by little until the extreme limit of death," wrote Kadrić.
And this sentence should be repeated every day until the judiciary finally establishes the truth and brings to justice all those involved in the Sky story. However, we know that a reign of terror is present in Sarajevo from the state of the media, from pathological attacks on journalists and dissidents, and the story from Sarajevo is spilling over into other cantons in the Federation.
Thus, it has been very turbulent in Gradačac in recent days. The mayor there, Edis Dervišagić (SDP), is causing turmoil in the City Council, all due to the desire for a new mandate in this position, and due to coalition realignments and future support for him, a physical confrontation almost occurred.
It seems like violence is imminent, and the main actor in this whole story is the former Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TK Husein Topčagić (NIP), a former member of PDA, now a high-ranking official in the Cantonal Board of NIP in Tuzla.
He was reported to the police in Gradačac after threatening Nedžad Šećić, president of the Social Democrats of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gradačac.
"On May 29, 2024, PS Gradačac received a report from N.Š. from Gradačac against H.T. from Gradačac, about which the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton was informed, and according to the instructions of the acting prosecutor, work is being done to collect evidence regarding the report of this event," they told Patrija from the MUP of TK.
This attack by Topčagić (NIP) was preceded by an emergency session of the Gradačac City Council where a recomposition of local government was carried out, which stirred up spirits in this city.
Namely, the local organization SD BiH accused Mayor Dervišagić (SDP) that the dismissal of the Management Board of Banja Ilidža Gradačac, and the appointment of his former opponent and great political 'enemy' Husein Topčagić as president of the Management Board of this institution, is actually a prelude to the long-planned privatization of this institution.
This was difficult for Topčagić himself, so he sent threats of physical confrontation to the president of SD Gradačac Šećić, which was reported to the police and is currently being investigated by the TK Prosecutor's Office.
It is evident that the atmosphere before the local elections has dangerously heated up, and that the method of force is clearly the best way, according to the instructions from Sky, to reach the goal!
